The store was clean, nicely organized and they had a lot of sales going on! I recommend shopping at that location if you're in the area or shopping online to pickup in store.
- LTLaine TooJun 8, 20264.0Excellent Staff & Exciting Changes, But Pick-Up Needs Work I always have a great experience interacting with the staff here—they are incredibly helpful, polite, and always willing to guide you to exactly what you need. I am also super excited to see the upcoming transition to incorporate Bed Bath & Beyond products into the store! It's going to be fantastic having those options available under one roof. My only real critique is the online order pickup process. Every time I check in to get my order, it seems to take a while and I always end up waiting longer than expected. If they could make the pickup system a little smoother and more efficient, this place would be an absolute 5-star experience!

- EKErin KregorMar 17, 20262.0I ordered my third round of elfa closet products with install, the design service was wonderful as always however it’s now March and I’m still struggling to get install scheduled after having it be cancelled bc not all items were available. I had to call the day before my scheduled install because they never emailed that products were ready for pickup which then made them realize not everything was in stock. Now 1.5 months later the items are ready but I can’t get pickup/install confirmed. I know it isn’t the store employees fault but they don’t recognize, apologize or do any sort of acknowledgment that it’s been so difficult. My first 2 closet installs were totally seamless but I won’t go back again after this experience.
