Horrible experience that has gone on for months. We ordered a dining set, a tv stand, a living room set with ottoman, and a desk. Every single piece with the exception of the desk was damaged. The table base had a huge crack in it upon delivery, which the delivery guy himself said I can’t let you accept this and took pictures of. The tv stand had several noticeable paint flaws, which the delivery guy also commented it looked like they left the paint dripping down to dry in one area and just left it like that, the sofa was delivered with a large tear on the arm in which you can see the white inner stuffing, the love seat had tiny holes in the back cushions, there was rubbed off fabric on edgings, and the dust cover on the bottom of the large ottoman was torn off. Original order date was in January. The living room furniture was delivered on March 8th and had to be reordered because of all of the flaws, and we still have not gotten it as of July 22nd. The receipt says 10-12 weeks for delivery.. it has been 19 weeks for the replacement. They gave me small credits for the damaged tv stand and dining table since they could mostly be hidden from plain sight. They recently agreed to exchange pillows for the sofa set (which we’ll have to wait several more weeks/months for) because they too came with feathers that poke out all over them and then fall out all over the place, but other than that, they have been rude when I’ve questioned why we haven’t received the furniture yet and it’s finally been at their store since last week (I ironically found that out one day after I emailed again asking where is our furniture). Of course, after dealing with this for 6 months, and after nearly all of their pieces being damaged - which their own delivery guys noticed immediately with each piece and took their own pictures of, we have finally lost our cool. We have every right to be upset and to wonder why it has taken so long, and why they are being rude about now having to wait for delivery and for them to pick up the damaged furniture we’ve been using for all these months. Instead of acknowledging the quality of that manufacturer’s furniture being sub par, they’ve somehow made the customer the problem. Never have I seen anything like this before, and one of their own sales associate’s told us they would never sell anyone the particular brand we purchased. No one should be made to feel this way after months of waiting and after numerous products purchased were significantly flawed. I do feel we should be getting more than some exchanged featherless pillows in compensation, and at minimum a swift delivery at this point, and we for sure should be treated kindly for our many purchases.
