- GCGilberto CamachoSep 15, 20261.0Sadly, I have to say: think twice before taking your machinery in for service! The service is very poor. I brought my machine in while it was still running, and after four weeks, they hadn't fixed the main issue; they charged me for a repair I hadn't asked for, yet the problem remained. To top it off, they handed the machine back to me using a forklift because they couldn't even be bothered to jump-start the battery—something so simple! 😡😡😡 I’ve been buying my products and work equipment from this store for at least 15 years!!For me, the sales and parts departments are number one—they offer excellent service. Unfortunately, I feel let down; it seems like they just wanted to get rid of the problem and wash their hands of the whole thing.

They fixed my 10 year old weed eater for less than 25% of what it would have cost to replace it and it works like new. Everyone is helpful and polite and the store has an excellent selection of products and parts. This is the go to place for anyone that does any outdoor work.

Yes, we charge $80 for the delivery of equipment within a 20-mile radius of our locations. Extra fees apply for anything beyond 20 miles.

Yes, there is a diagnostic fee for all equipment:
- For small to medium landscape equipment, a charge worth .5 hrs of labor is applied.
- For large tractors, RTVs, utility loaders, and truck & trailer equipment, a charge worth 1.0 hrs of labor is applied.
How long will it take for my machine to be diagnosed & repaired?
Wait times can vary depending on the time of year and parts availability. Please call ahead to inquire about our lead times.
Do I need an appointment for my equipment to be serviced?
For equipment, we use a "1st come, 1st service" system; there are no appointments.
For trailers, spreaders, and plows, call ahead to make an appointment or submit a Service Request Form.
