I work with Lowe’s frequently for my business, but after this experience, I will never visit this location again.
The customer service from Russell, the Department Supervisor, and Vildan was extremely disappointing. They completely disregarded my time and treated my business as if it did not matter.
I was forced to make four separate trips to the store just to pick up items I had already purchased. This process wasted a tremendous amount of my time and caused unnecessary frustration. After being patient for more than three weeks, I finally requested to return 8 boxes of vinyl flooring, only to have my return request denied.
The entire situation was handled with zero consideration for the customer’s time, business, or inconvenience. I have spent a significant amount of money with Lowe’s, and this is absolutely not the level of customer service I expect from a company I regularly do business with.
I am extremely disappointed—not only with this location, but with how Russell handled the situation. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.
Lowe’s should seriously review how customers and business customers are being treated at this location. This experience was completely unacceptable.

I called Lowe's at 6:50pm to see if I could rent a cargo van. The woman who answered said that as long as I returned it by 10pm (when they close) I could rent it. I said I would be there in a little bit. I showed up at 7:47 and requested to rent the van, which they had available. The person at the customer service counter was friendly and started the process but wasn't able to get it to go through. He called the manager and the manager said they couldn't rent the van to me because they can't rent it after 8pm. It was around 7:53, which I believe is before 8pm. The manager then came over and reiterated that they can't rent the van after 8pm. It was 7:57, which again, is before 8pm. After driving 25 minutes to the store and calling ahead of time, I was not able to rent the van.
I drove over to Home Depot and they gladly rented me a van and I returned it well before their 10pm store closing time.
I get that stores have policies but it should've been communicated to me when I called. Furthermore, it was not applied correctly since it was not after 8pm when I was there. The manager should learn how to tell time and how to apply their policies correctly. I will no longer shop at Lowe's because of my poor experience and time wasted.

Sometimes your day starts off better because you’re greeted first thing in the morning by a friendly attitude. That was my experience today with Steve and the outdoor power equipment department. Thank you, sir for being helpful and friendly, it is appreciated and noticed.

DO NOT GET WINDOW TREATMENT FROM THEM IF YOU VALUE THE PEACE OF MIND (READ DETAILS BELOW), DOES NOT DESERVE THE 1 STAR!
This has been the worst experience with any retailer, I never write reviews but I feel an obligation to share my experience and help people avoid wasting hours dealing with them. I paid thousands of dollars to get my windows treatment from this store and the job was never complete, measurements/dimensions were wrong and I've been in a limbo for months trying to get them to fix the problem. They simply do not seem to care once you pay them. The sales people will do the sweet talk before you pay, but once you pay and go back there complaining about an incomplete job, they will not even listen to you and will give a customer service number to call. The customer service is useless and are unable to figure out who to blame for their incomplete installation or wrong dimensions.
Anyways, I made peace with the situation since I don't know what else to do. But I hope this comment will save others from falling into the same trap.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
