It has now been nearly 8 MONTHS, my elderly, handicapped mother cannot use her recliner, I’m sure she paid waaaay to much for in the first place. repair man came today and didn’t bring ANY chair parts with him… We have made over 20 phone calls about this and sent photos multiple times!!! And still they either send the wrong part, or they send a repair guy with no parts to fix the chair. Go to a different furniture store because this store is junk! Just called the store. They can’t refund me because she’s had the chair for three years, I said she hasn’t been able to recline in it for eight months of those three years. Worst service ever!
