We used Extra Space Storage on 1255 Townline Rd. Mundelein, to store belongings for our daughter and son-in-law, who are moving from Ohio.
Chris was SO helpful to us. Not only did he help us decide what size storage to get, he personally walked us over and showed us everything. I had been calling him several times and he was always kind, patient and friendly.
When we had to get the bigger storage because we needed the space, he drove us over to the new unit and showed us everything. I have never met anyone as personable Chris, who goes out of his way to help people.
The building itself is secure and clean. The security cameras are a plus. We rented a well-lit, indoor climate-controlled unit that you can just drive up to. It’s a piece of cake!
