- NJNikki J6 days ago5.0I secured a great rate at extra space storage in Morton Grove. It was so easy to book and purchase online from the convenience at home. The next business day I was greeted by Mark, who so kindly left a voicemail while I was working, letting me know he was there to answer any questions or need assistance when arriving to my unit. Parking is street, no permit and there is a small lot as well. It’s conveniently located off a main road. The loading docks are conveniently located throughout the access points of the facility. It is nice that there are staff on site Monday-Saturday. They even answer calls (in a world where everything is automated)! When arriving, I went into the office to ask for assistance to help me find the unit. Lisa and Mark were so welcoming and helped me find the unit by taking me to the best access points which made sense for my location. I appreciate the wonderful customer service Lisa and Mark provided. This facility has friendly, responsive staff, it is very clean, and they even offered me a cold water (so wonderful while having the move things in). Pricing is transparent online and they were a one stop shop including a lock and have insurance available. I would highly recommend this location!

And both of them employee there I found at they are sharing my info and my family members information with other employees even my family not renting in this location at all!!
