I had a business emergency, we had two days to vacate 3500sf, so I stopped at Extra Space in Morton Grove and the staff was amazing. We rented two large units, and during our move in we were constantly checked on due to the extreme heat and kept properly hydrated by being providing cold bottles of water. Lisa and Mark helped provide a solution all while providing excellent customer service.

I had an outstanding experience with Extra Space Storage at 6505 Oakton St. in Morton Grove, Illinois.
Store Manager Mark J. went above and beyond to accommodate and coordinate my storage needs involving one of his commercial tenant’s shipments. From start to finish, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, making what could have been a complicated situation completely stress-free.
While waiting for a tenant to arrive, I had the opportunity to observe Mark in action. It was impressive to see how effortlessly he multitasked—keeping a close eye on the security monitors, answering phone calls, and assisting both current and prospective customers without missing a beat. His organization, attention to detail, and calm demeanor showed that he genuinely cares about both the facility and the people he serves.
The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and organized, which added to the overall positive experience.
Excellent customer service is becoming harder to find these days, but Mark sets a high standard. If you’re looking for a storage facility with outstanding management and a well-kept property, I highly recommend this Extra Space Storage location.
