Fantastic garden center! Im a retired senior on a limited income with lifting issues. The store opens at 6am but the " AI operator" was incorrect. The garden center does not open until 8. I arrived about 6:30 and the garden center gates were locked and I had to go into the main store. There was a very nice lady by the front door.I think her name is Sue. When she asked if she could help me I explained that I was there for mulch and potting soil, but was going to need help lifting the heavy bags and subsequent loading into my car. She explained that the garden center didnt open till 8, but she said that Michelle should be back there. And indeed she was. I didnt realize that Michelle was a manager and was in the middle of getting ready for the new sales for the week. That fact didnt stop her from helping me. She not only loaded my cart for me, she stayed with me through check out and then loaded my car. Above and beyond service. I returned 2 days later after I realized I hadnt purchased enough soil to fill the two planters Id been gifted. A young man was working by the checkout.I think his name was Marco.I think he's a veteran. When I asked if there was someone who could help me ( same lifting issues as before) he immediately put aside what he'd been working on and assisted me. His guidance and knowlege also fixed it so I was indeed able to keep my total within my very limited budget. Great personalized customer service. They made me feel like more than just a sale.

They need more cashiers. Self checkout sucks.

I was very disappointed by the condition of the plants during my recent visit. A large number were dry, wilted, and clearly neglected—especially concerning this early in the gardening season when inventory should be at its best. This reflects a serious lack of basic care and quality control. Plants are living products, and allowing them to deteriorate to this extent is unacceptable. It not only creates waste but also makes customers question the store’s standards and whether anything here is being properly maintained. There needs to be a clear improvement in watering routines and overall plant care. Customers should not have to sort through dying inventory to find something worth purchasing. This experience made me hesitant to buy and unlikely to recommend this location to others.
