The manger at this location Ms Dees was so helpful. I recently lost my mom and she stepped up really big to help me. I was all over the place. This would be the place I would go to again if I need storage and will definitely recommend this location.

Great place. In former Menards store. Clean and well maintained. Met with Jeannie who is absolutely great. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and makes the whole process easy as pie. Great company with great people. Jeannie is a true asset and should be recognized for her greatness. Give her a raise or bonus. No one deserves on more than her. 😃👍🏼

I had an absolutely fantastic experience working with the property manager, Jeannie. I visited the facility to tour a couple of units and she was incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. When a corporate online system glitch locked me out of a promotional rate over the weekend, Jeannie went above and beyond on Monday morning to advocate for me, manually fix the issue, and honor the original price. I’m so glad that I came in to this location in person. Melanie Mendez was an amazing help in guiding me to the ideal size unit(s) I need while I navigate a move out and move in. This location is perfect as far as being close to home, and I am motivated to fill these spaces with my future.

I checked rates yesterday evening. Called to confirm sizes and rates I saw online this morning. Male employee reserved my space and made my a.m. appointment for today with Jeannie. I arrived and was welcomed by Melanie and Jeannie. The lobby and entire facility was clean & smelled fantastic. Jeannie gave me a well informed tour of spaces, confirmed online price vs. in store price and assisted me thoroughly with what was best to meet my storage needs. They both went above and beyond to provide me with the best customer service. I am very appreciative, grateful and happy as a result of the time and positive new customer experience they provided to meet my needs. I highly recommend this location+it's extremely large, flexible, understanding, accommodating with absolutely excellent staff and thus worth, your time, the distance & the money.
