- JSJake Smith5 days ago5.0I usually like to steer clear of rent to own furniture stores due to my terrible experience with the “other guys” but Alyssa made this experience extremely comforting. She was upfront, honest, and extremely accommodating. My current work schedule is extremely hectic but she made everything super easy by doing everything over the phone with no need for me to come into the store. She was informative the entire time and worked around my work schedule to have the items delivered on my day off. The items were delivered on time and assembly was super quick. 10/10 experience.

First I ordered a secontional and the delivery men was incapable of getting the sectional thru my door and they probably would've been able to if they were sober and wasn't smelling like a liquor store . So then I was offered used couches and was told they would be for a clearance price of 600$ with the interest fee making the total around 700$ . Anytime I called to ask how my much I had left owed on my account ut seems that the amount owed was always around the same amount which was around 500$. They dont explain the contract to you before purchasing. Also Juan and ryan both are some passive aggressive ignorant men. They cut you off they dont let you finish speaking and they come off rude especially that Ryan. Reading other reviews I am surprised Juan has been and still working at this company for over 7 years . If you have their memembersh8p and had to file a claim they remind you that your are not the one that made those payments but the memembersh8p is although the memembersh8p is something you have to pay for as well. They dont know how to communicate with the club department either. Every month it was like I was working for Aaron's for free because I had to call and get communication and understanding for the store from the claims departments as if that's not their jobs. AVOID MCHENRY LOCATION YOU BETTER OFF GOING TO RENT A CENTER

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
