  I put a pool in last summer and I am on my THIRD heater (and it still doesn’t work). When I call, I never get a call back. After weeks and weeks when someone eventually does call back, they apologize up and down, but nothing ever gets fixed. They have the worst service of anyone I have worked with. I started purchasing my chemicals from the pool store in Carbondale because every time I went into the Marion location, they were giving me 10 things I needed to do and I could never get everything in check. This summer after working with a pool store in Carbondale, my chemicals have been perfect. I would give them negative stars, but Chaco and the crew that installed the pool were great and very attentive. The service side (which is the part you need for years to come AFTER your pool gets installed) is truly atrocious.

  I needed help and how to maintain my Hottub I called Aloha and Melissa was at my door THAT DAY!! She walked me through on the best ways to maintain this beautiful hot tub. Thank you so much Aloha for sending Melissa to rescue me!!She was fantastic and very kind!!

  Just talk to aloha pools and wanted to let everyone know.how easy it is to talk with them? And explain everything about in ground pools. Everyone was polite and gave me different options on how to repair my pool and different things that we can do.

  I had a leak in the pool and couldn’t find it. Coy and Jesse came out, found the leak and fixed it. Then they checked all the lines to make sure there weren’t any additional leaks. Both men were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided.

  Jay did a great job of explaining the filtration system and day to day maintenance on the pool.
