- JMJacqueline MulkinsMar 16, 20261.0For the past 10 years I have came to this store bought multiple items from here always have had a pleasant experience until today when they send 2 of the most rude guys to deliver a refrigerator the guy told me he couldn’t bring it in because my old refrigerator was still in my kitchen I have a big kitchen they could of easily went around my old refrigerator them guys are not customer friendly at all I will be sending all my items I currently have back due to the poor service of them 2 rude delivery guys. I have never in my life had 2 worthless delivery people who just refused my service Aaron’s really lost a good loyal customer…….

We were very disappointed with our delivery. We had our old washer and dryer out and should of been a easy install. Two hoses and drain for washer. And vent and plug for dryer. Well that wasn't the case. The installer put two washers stuck together in backwards in the washer hoses and it leaked water all over our floor and then it got even worse. He didn't hook the plug to the dryer before he plugged it in to the 220 plug and the wires were touching and it burned up our 220 plug and it burnt some wiring and smoked the wall area around the plug and the house smelled like burned wiring really bad. Did he correct it no he was worried he had been here to long and was ready to go home. So finally tonight at nine my husband has thier damage fixed. I am hoping someone in management see this comment. Very frustrated...

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
