Erin is phemonal. She explained everything to me in great detail. Erin provided a walk thru of the facility showing me exactly where my unit would be. Erin showed me how to use the lock and made sure that I was comfortable with using the lock. Erin explained all the rules hours and gate access times. Renting a storage unit with Erin was such a pleasure.

I was able to get my unit online on Saturday and move in on the requested day being the next day of Sunday and everything was smooth. There was a lock in the unit waiting on me that I did no need and I was able to bring it into the office on Monday to get that amount credited to TJ next months rent. The lady int he office was really nice and allows me to ask any additional questions if needed and also gave me a cyst info regarding my unit and details I wasn’t aware of due to booking online. So far so good I’d recommend it!
