I rented a parking space at Extra Space Storage,and the whole facility looks brand new,with security cameras and a gated entrance,which made me feel safe. The woman in the office was very helpful and friendly,and the entire check-in process was quick and easy.

I had the best experience with the registration process there. Shantel was so amazing! I had a few questions and some difficulties locating the facility but she went above and beyond in her customer service. I was frustrated and ended up calling She was very polite and friendly and helped me problem solve. She even waited for me to arrive to assist me in completing.my rental AFTER they were officially closed. And actually came to greet me at the main door. Moving can be very stressful but Shantal made it a lot easier. Thank you! You made my day
