I wasn’t a customer of Aqua Pool. They were in the middle of the busy time of opening their customers pools and didn’t have a technician available to come out. However, Ruben jumped on a call and walked me through what I should be looking at and helped diagnose the problem. Ruben went above and beyond what I would ever expect. Aqua Pool is fortunate to have people like Ruben that care!
