Lowe's has come a long way over the past few years. As a contractor I mainly shopped at the the other major bog box chain. With an upgraded Pro account and robust and easy to navigate app, it has now become my go to construction store. The only drawback I currently have, and it is getting better, is their customer service in store, usually hard to find someone to help; however the app is easy to navigate and I can find things within a minute or two. Eventually I will re-evaluate and change (or keep the same) my star rating.

I wasn’t a big fan of Lowe’s before, but after having a bad experience at Home Depot on McCormick, I decided to give Lowe’s a try.
I’m so glad I did! Adam helped me choose the perfect vanity and faucet for my bathroom, and I truly appreciate all of his help. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and excellent at his job. He really understood what I was looking for and provided outstanding customer service.

After I shared a review, I got a response and called the 800 number they gave me and when I called that number they had no clue so I went to the store and talked to Alfonzo (store manager). He was not willing to help either. The problem is the management. I think soon this tore will go out of business because of poor management. Management just doesn't care and the auto response are not helpful either from the 'Lowes Owner'

I placed a curbside pick up order- No one called and when I called after 4.5 hours, they said they only had 6 pieces out 5. I said I'll pick 5 , frustrated went to the desk and the lady was rude no one knew about my order being ready- after 15 minutes they brought my order out and it was broken boards. I asked to get a discount if they were that damaged , I was told manager had to come, the manager Bernice never showed up to the desk 40 minutes into the store. Then I was told they found 90 pieces of what I was looking for so I said sure get me those. I was told to wait. 10 minutes into that I told them I'll be back getting coffee, I came back and went inside was told to go to lumber, where they hadn't even taken them out, the forklift was brought after I got there and the guy waited and took out pieces. This whole process was horrendous took me 2 hrs for a curbside pickup order. This was my 5th time at Lowe's in the last 5 years and now I realize why I don't shop at Lowe's.
