I have been trying to get a hold of someone to speak about my unit! I had some medical emergencies come up and fell behind. I paid my balance and then got the next amount which was almost 100 more than what I was paying. When I paid my balance that was due my unit was never unlocked! When I call it’s all automated and can’t get through to anyone!

The directions on how to enter the storage unit facility and my own personal unit were amazing! And when I opened the door to my unit it was extremely clean and well maintained, which allowed me to move my things right in hassle free. The only thing that I would tell your customers is that if they have more than 1 vehicle with them, (such as a moving company) that the gate only lets 1 vehicle leave at a time.😬 Otherwise, Thank you guys so much!! I will definitely recommend you to others who are looking for additional storage space.
