I would like to recognize Joe from the ceiling fan departmeent. His ability to connect with my wife and I was amazing. Sold me a defective LG Dryer but the return window is only 48 hours. 3 weeks from purchase the dryer won’t heat. Buy major appliances elsewhere.
Update: called the number provided in the reply, but it is the same story. Looking at other reviews for this dryer and it looks like many people have the same problem and the only response is that they recommend having our gas checked. We had someone check it and they guessed the brand of dryer before coming in the house. Yes it’s an LG. Gas pressure is fine. We are still waiting on a service tech for the dryer from LG. It’s been over a week and they canceled on us, so now we are looking at next available date which is next week. So 2 weeks of hang drying clothes.
If this sounds like fun for you then definitely buy an appliance from Lowe’s. An 1,100 defective machine that can’t make it past 3 weeks.
I don’t plan on coming back here for anything else either. There is a Menards and Home Depot down the street for hardware, there is Target and Walmart for other stuff.

Should be 0 stars. Do not make any serious purchase here, if you can avoid this location all together. The have a systemic problem from their Managers to their frontline employees. They are indifferent to how their customers are treated and they refuse to hold themselves accountable for errors their employees make.
I had an experience with their flooring dept. Their primary flooring person went to lunch after watching me wait my turn for him for over 20 minutes. An Asst Manger attempted to help me but ended up not processing my order as well as this employee either lacked training or lied to me about what to expect for my order of material. I was promised my flooring and delivery by August 14th.
I had not heard anything, called in August 3rd only to find out my material was not ordered. A store manager assured me they ordered it correctly and they promised to call me when the material arrived to arrange final delivery.
More mistakes continued to happen, no employees followed through on any promise. No Management apologized earnestly and none accept responsibility or accountability for their employees mistakes or lies.
Avoid this location at all costs.
