- SMSteve MFeb 2, 20255.0Customer service was truly exceptional. This is my second time working with CTS, and I am even more impressed than I was after my first experience. Due to circumstances outside of CTS’s control, I needed to complete a soil test for my home’s footings on very short notice. I had a pumper and concrete trucks scheduled to arrive at 9:30 a.m., so timing was critical. I called CTS before 7:00 a.m., and Adrienne answered the phone. After explaining my situation, she asked for a few minutes to contact a field technician in the area and promptly called me back. She assured me not to cancel the trucks, stating they would have someone on-site between 8:00 and 8:15 a.m. True to her word, the technician arrived within that window, and the remainder of the morning proceeded exactly as planned. As someone who works in the service industry, I have noticed a decline in customer service quality since COVID. However, CTS stands apart. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and commitment to their customers are truly top-notch. If you are in need of any services CTS provides, I highly recommend them. You can expect courteous, efficient, and reliable service from start to finish.
