  Faith took my call on a Friday afternoon. I asked her a few general questions like if they had a certain rock in stock and how much per ton it was. I told her I would let my husband know and we would be down Saturday to get it. Kickapoo Sand and Gravel is about 45 minutes from our home but it was totally worth the drive. Customer service was wonderful. Faith had even written down my phone number and the name that probably popped up on their caller ID. When we arrived she knew exactly who we were and was saving the rock for it even though I didn't specifically ask her to! We will definitely be using Kickapoo Sand and Gravel for all of our landscaping needs! Thank you!
