    I am not very happy with them. I ordered a vanity, and worked with a designer who was not responsive at all. I emailed about delivery, came over to ask her about timing, and she said she will be getting back to me. I was also supposed to order the rest of my master bath as well, but she was completely unresponsive. I also called the store to give them my contractor's number, so they can coordinate with him when I am out of the country. They called me, of course, on the date of delivery. They brought the delivery on time, but did not bring one of the sinks because it was backordered; they did not bother to tell me that when they were supposed to deliver the vanity. Bottom line- order from a different place. This is not professional at all. Review update: I discussed the issues with Dan, the manager, and he helped tremendously in navigating everything; He went above and beyond. I really appreciate his customer service.

    I rarely leave reviews, but felt compelled to share my experience with the Ferguson store in Highland Park. I purchased a light fixture through them that has now failed twice with the exact same issue. The fixture was replaced — but unfortunately, the replacement developed the same problem. What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of post-purchase support. When I reached out again, I was told by the Ferguson service lead that they could no longer help me and I would need to contact the manufacturer directly. Apparently, Ferguson is "just the distributor" and has no further responsibility. This is incredibly disappointing. As a customer, I expect a reputable distributor like Ferguson to stand behind the products they sell — especially when there are recurring quality issues. Being told to chase down the manufacturer myself after two failures doesn’t reflect the level of service I expected when choosing Ferguson. I sincerely hope Ferguson reconsiders how they handle service and support issues, especially for repeat customers experiencing legitimate concerns.

    We were largely ignored/not engaged when we visited. We had questions but had a hard time finding someone that wanted to answer them - very short responses.
