Great experience at Extra Space Storage. Super easy to reserve a unit online, with a generous discount for doing so. The app is fantastic, with Bluetooth access to open doors instead of manually entering a string of numbers on the keypad. Facility is absolutely spotless! Staff there (shout out to Tom!) was super friendly and helpful when I had questions on move in day. Highly recommend!

Did my research online first and knew what I was walking into seeking a 10x5 unit. Tom was very friendly, great with showing me the unit, explaining the billing structure, and expediting the new customer sign up. Facility was very newly built, clean, climate controlled, and easily accessible. Freight elevator is still under construction as of 7/6/26. For something as simple as a storage unit I know I will be extremely satisfied with this unit compared to previous storage facility experiences.

Moved in yesterday (Sunday) nobody was there, had a couple questions. No biggie, opened my unit and started moving in. Finished moving in this morning ( Monday). Went in to return the lock I didnt need and ask a couple questions. Tom was working this morning and was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions and even make a change to my account. Glad I moved from a different storage company.

Michelle was very wonderful! She was able to call us to check out the unit and review the lease ASAP. She was incredibly helpful, gave us so much insight about packing our space. She even put us in a unit closer to the drive thru garage to help us unload with ease. Absolutely wonderful!!
