Going into the Gurnee location was the best decision we made. We had the opportunity to work with Britney, and she was amazing!! She helped us visualize the couch in our space and helped bear with us with seeing all the color choices. And even though it took us 3 days to settle on what couch, she never made us feel rushed and didn't try upselling anything to us. Her responsiveness via email was also great. Her input and help was refreshing because you don't often find people that love what they do and get the chance to work with them. We are so excited for our couch to arrive!! We know we are absolutely going to love it! If and when we need more couches, we will definitely be back!

Might be nice someday when I have time to set it up - 60 days and $15k later my trial is over and I'm looking at a huge pile of boxes. I definitely regret buying this.
