Shame on me for not THOROUGHLY reading the BS refund/exchange paper. I don’t like the item. It’s uncomfortable. You should be allowed to return AFTER receiving it. Sitting in something while in store is different from the item you get at home. Very disappointed in this store and the product. Disappointed in myself for not reading the return information and just going off the sales team. I should know better. They just want a sale. They could care less about anything else.

When I did not purchase the recliner on my first trip, she followed up with a call just to see if I was still interested. I really appreciated that effort and as a result when I was finally ready, I made a special effort to go back on a day and time when she was working so that she could complete the sale. I am in the market for a new sofa and will go back to her when it is time to do so. Overall excellent customer service!
