Even with our kids running around and climbing over various pieces of furniture. We never felt rushed, which was helpful with so many product options. Delivery was quick as the chair we wanted was in stock, and the delivery staff was quick and made sure that everything was working the way it should before asking us to sign for delivery.

After getting an estimate from a certified Lay-Z-Boy repair man we decided to look for a new chair. The second reason was to look for an upgrade to my husbands current power recliner. He’s having back and hip issues and we wanted to provide him the most comfort possible. After Kate showed us te wide selection of recliners, she helped us narrow down our options. My husband found a special deal on a discontinued color on the Astor and I also decided on a new power lift recliner with a new pattern fabric. It was already past closing hours and Kate was willing to stay to write up the order but we told her we would come back the next day because I could decide on a fabric. After returning the next day I spotted the Apollo and a beautiful J170865 fabric that I wanted instead. 15% off was a good dea. When I came home after making the purchase I thought that I remembered receiving a flyer in the mail a short while ago. It was for 30% so I took the flyer back to the store a few days later and the store manager, Charles was able to honor it on the Apollo! That’s customer service! I love lay-Z-Boy furniture and will be a fan for life. special shout out to Kate and Charles for being patient and helping us decide.
