The ExtraSpace Storage in Grayslake provides a very good customer experience. In particular, Eric is very responsive. evidenced recently by my closing out one of my storage sheds and he ensuring I had the refund the next day. I’ve dealt with Eric on several occasions and he always appears to be very focused on the customer.
