  I have been wanting to change rooms for my bedroom. Thought there is a very old bed up in the attic where I am relocating. John a fresh employee, helped me consider heating and cooling to be a higher priority. Since I am on a fixed income I only wanted to do one lease to own at a time. John was very great at letting me know how to put it in. And the way it worked. This was very useful information. Since there is a drain hose for water, due to air conditioner and dehumidifier in the unit. This is an economical choice since the size is 12k BTU large enough to cool my whole down stairs darn near as well. Britney was also very friendly and helpful i getting the paperwork set up and even got me automatic payment. John was still training, Britany made sure John had a handle on the paperwork signing and explaining. Leaving me with one a question on comprehension of a charge in calling in verse in person, I wanted to make sure I had the correct understanding. Which will be very handy, the payments comw out in my pay date. I did forget to ask for a 2 man deleivery for my horrible steps. When John delivered he was very causous of my oddly built home. Making sure to watch the door ways and railing up my attic steps. I felt so bad the steps are so close to a ladder very narrow. John made sure to take his time and be aware of the situation. Insuring his safety and my home was not damaged in anyway. He was very respectful, Friendly and not rushing to just get to the next job. I feel I was given, all the time needed to make sure I understood the details. Since there is a drain hose, John even suggested to place the unit on a small table. Since I don’t have a place to drain it he also suggested to use a small bucket. I mention this to me it showed he respected my home. Plus he was aware there could create damages if not properly set up. The Britany and John made me feel I was very important to the store. And helpful in getting what I needed. They even offered me sarurday delivery.

  They have been amazing in every step of trying to find furniture I love! They are always polite when speaking to them in person or in the phone. They also work with me if I need to make a payment a few days late and never are rude about it.

  I had great experience today with Tony and his Team at arona I went in today looking for a washer and they were very helpful They also were able to deliver today thanks againTony we will definitely keep shoppingwith u guys

  I have always had a wonderful experience here. The entire staff and Tony are all great and willing to go the extra mile. As for some of the very few negative comments I see on here I just want to say as long as you take care of your business and communicate they will always work with you. My family and I have been customers for years.
