Our salesman Joe and his manager Jody were extremely transparent and straightforward throughout the entire negotiation process, clearly laying out our options and never playing games on pricing. They were very fair with the equipment we traded in and worked incredibly hard behind the scenes to make sure our deal came together smoothly. Rich from the delivery team was also excellent, taking the time to walk us through our new equipment, answer every question, and make sure we were completely comfortable before he left. Joe was a standout communicator the whole way through—always on top of the details, keeping us informed of next steps, and following up exactly when he said he would. Based on our experience, McCullough Kubota in Frankfort is absolutely a place we would highly recommend to anyone interested in or considering Kubota equipment. Their combination of professionalism, fairness, and customer service is hard to beat, and we truly appreciate the hard work Joe, Jody, and Rich put in to earn our business.
