  I used them years ago and Frank took care of all the issues and there were many. Fast forward, I called for a repair at a new location and told they worked on all covers. Then after being rescheduled several times they came out and now they don't work on this brand of cover. The techs that came out were rude as was management when I called. With Frank gone the service is too !

  Buying a fence here. I decided to change the dimensions and Harry has no problem coming back out to re measure and change the install date. Great place.

  We had an 18 x 36 foot in ground pool installed this past summer by Meier's outdoor world. They did a fantastic job and I can't say enough great things about Meiers. We were new to this experience and they walked us through the entire process making sure that everything was explained well and there were no questions. Besides doing exactly what they said that they would do, this is a family owned business with top notch, polite, professional staff that aptly represent the high standards of Meier's from beginning to end. Most importantly, the owner personally called me along with many others periodically during the installation to assure us that we were kept abreast of any and all issues, timelines and due dates along the way. That level of communication meant the world to us as they did not just take the check and run. They have an excellent customer service approach and I would recommend no other company for a pool installation project. Thank you Meier's for our beautiful pool.
