We ordered drywall with the same-day delivery service on a Friday, but since our order was supposed to be delivered by a third party company and not by Lowe's delivery themselves, we did not receive the delivery until the following Wednesday. We received a different order made through the same service the same day we ordered it, but no one seemed to know why our drywall order was not delivered. The delivery driver was required to have a trailer to deliver the drywall, and none of the drivers did. It may never have been delivered if we did not call several times to ask about our order. Many times when we called, no one answered the phone. Eventually, we spoke with an associate named Atley who was tremendously helpful. She realized why our order was not being delivered and figured out how to get it delivered. It was at our house in a couple of hours. We actually got two identical orders brought to our house that day - not sure how that happened, but it was better than no deliveries! We sent the second one back.
My five stars are for Atley, who did a wonderful job for us, and for the typical good service we get from Lowe's. My only real complaint is that no one answered the phone multiple times we called. I understand that these glitches happen, and we will continue to use Lowe's in the future.

CSA at returns extremely rude and condescending (not just to me but multiple other customers in line in front of me), especially when asked if they could have a MOD come over to assist. MOD today looked like they just rolled out of bed and could care less about their job, they even told us to go shop at Home Depot if we did not like how they were handling this simple return.
Not a problem and will drive the 45 minutes versus 2 minutes to not deal with these awful and insolent employees.

There are a ton of people that work here but not a single one will actually help you. When you do ask for help they tell you they don't work in that section and to go find someone else. A large handful of employees walked past me and avoided even making eye contact in fear you might ask them something.
When I do find the person that works in that section they are rude. This has been a reoccurring issue, I like shopping here for the Veteran discount but it's not even worth it anymore. There's a rebate down the street with better Customer service. I'd rather take my business to the other store. The other store walked up and they helped me right away! I spent less time in the other store and I shopped more items than I did waiting for help at this Lowes!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
