Absolutely disgusted with the customer service at this location. When I viewed this location and spoke with the lady showing me the room she was clear about the price will increase after a few months but if it is crazy to call in and they will help. Going from 145 to 245 within a year is sickening and absolutely unacceptable and taking advantage of people using storage for a 10 x10 I call in and let them know this increase is wayyyy too high and the lowest they did was 191 I call in and between customer service the lady and the manager who is so set in trying to prove a point rather than actually listen is what pissed me off here. I came in viewed the unit it’s one price, I go online it’s another price between customer service and the agent and the manager “nobody knows” how much the increase will be we all just have to sit and watch them take advantage of folk just using storage space and then the manager proceeds to let me know that even if I move out someone else will move in and pray the price at $200 market rate. Such piss poor customer service from people on a storage unit and it’s always something broke here to begin with rather that’s the doors you have to back out of or the elevators or the lights! Terrible communication, terrible representation of the company and terrible attitudes. Telling people who spend their money and being lied to is not okay but what you will not do is continue to gaslight me in my face about a storage unit! YUCK!

The facility is very clean and the office is always so helpful. The only thing to watch is the rent does go up so watch out for this
e-mails or text messages, make sure you read them. I had a 5x5 and at first it was reasonable but months in, the monthly payment went up, bit too high for me.
