Bruuuuh! After the absolute appliance disastahhh we experienced with Home Depot, my husband and I figured we had no choice but to walk into Lowe’s and pay full price for the exact same washer and dryer. We had originally purchased them during a July 4th sale, and at that point we were frustrated, tired of making phone calls, and honestly just wanted a washing machine before we started hand-washing clothes in the bathtub!
The first two people we met were Sales Specialist Paul and Sales Supervisor Lance. And this is where Lowe’s completely won us over.
Instead of immediately trying to sell us something, they listened to our situation. We explained everything that had happened, and they actually encouraged us to go back to Home Depot and speak with a manager first to see if there was any way they could resolve the delay or inventory issue. That alone told me they genuinely cared about helping us and weren’t just trying to make a sale.
Well… Home Depot was no help whatsofrigginever!
So we marched right back to Lowe’s, and Paul and Lance immediately jumped into action. They brought in Assistant Manager Adam, and together they helped us order the exact same washer and dryer. Not only that, but they price matched Home Depot’s sale price.
Actually, they beat it.
We ended up saving an extra $20. 😍😭🥹
After weeks of confusion, delays, conflicting information, and getting nowhere, these three gentlemen solved our problem in a single visit. The difference in customer service was night and day. Home Depot couldn’t seem to give us a straight answer, while Paul, Lance, and Adam treated us like actual human beings and worked to find a solution.
We need more people like Paul, Lance, and Adam. They turned a miserable experience into one that left us smiling when we walked out the door.
Mahalo plenty to Lowe’s, and especially to Paul, Lance (thank you for your service! 🫡), and Adam. Give these guys a raise because thanks to them, Lowe’s has earned our future business aaaand I’m about to spend a whole lot more money!

Do not order deliveries from this location. The third party they use to deliver it will show up unannounced and without anyone home at 1045 pm, 5 days late, and put your drywall in your front yard in the landscaping. Also, apparently dragging it vs picking it up. Not to mention most of the boards are trashed and unusable.
