I had a very bad experience with Russo Power Equipment.
I left my lawn mower there for repair, and after almost two months, I had to pick it up because they hadn’t even touched it. Their excuse was that they were “short on mechanics,” but from what I could see, the few employees there were just on their phones.
On top of that, I bought a tiller from them, and it was missing bolts. This is unacceptable.
I do NOT recommend buying anything from this place. It feels like the equipment is poorly assembled on purpose so they can later charge you under warranty.
I also recommend reporting issues like this directly to the brand of the equipment so they can investigate this business.

Running chain saw into a paperweight. Took in for service - got it back and it didn’t idle. Brought it back and they fixed it. Claimed it needed gas. I’m not that dumb, it had gas. Whatever. Discovered this spring they put the chain on backwards …. An hour later it won’t idle again. Won’t be back. The whole place breeds corporate greed / large sales only anyways. Back to Home Depot I go I guess.

Terrible experience with Russo, I bought a 97 f350 from their auction, they claimed that the clutch was low, and that is all they stated, drove 3 hours to pick it up and it looked like something that needed to be in the scrap yard. Dump bed doesn't work, Engine only starts on starting fluid when they claimed that it runs and starts. The whole floor was gone on the truck, and on their auction they claimed that the trailers they had were nice, and i saw them in the yard and they were all junk! save yourself a huge headache and disappointment and do not bother with them.
