Neil was very helpful until my grass started dieing two years in. Then the problem was never diagnosed or solved. Most of the other areas were improved with the service but we still have a lot of weeds.

Great product with excellent customer service!! Signed on with them because of poor lawn, huge dandelion and creeping Charley problems. I liked their natural approach to lawn care (have small child and pets). The difference in only one season was amazing! I am never going back to do it myself lawn care.

Was unable to control my lawn, created bare spots and could not repair. Gave them over a year to get it right. When I sent emails, they said the didn't get them. I was able to show they got them as someone did reply. Poorly managed. Would no recommend.
