Never rented a storage unit before. The process was very easy. Really like that you can park inside for ease of unloading and loading from your car to storage unit.

I find a unit for $15 a month online I reserve the unit and when I came to move in they told me that there was an $11 insurance fee that’s required monthly. Why didn’t you just tell me right away that the unit is $26 a month I don’t mind paying 26 but I don’t like that kind of lying to your customers. Plus there’s a $30 admin fee and you have to purchase their lock and if you bring your own they will refund you the money. Only scammers and thieves do hidden fees and advertise a different price. I’ll go to a different storage unit and pay the same price as long as they don’t lie like you guys.
