  I had a disappointing experience with Budget Blinds. Initially, communication was prompt and responsive, especially when it came to scheduling and collecting payment. However, things changed significantly after that point. When the products were delivered, there was an error with the order. Unfortunately, no one took clear accountability for the mistake, which made the situation more frustrating. The entire process ended up taking over three months to complete. During that time, I reached out multiple times for updates and clarification, but received little to no response. The lack of follow-through and communication after payment was a major concern. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. If you’re looking for reliable service and consistent communication throughout the process, this was not it.

  The absolutely worst experience I have ever had with a company. I ordered custom blinds in October. 2025 and have yet to receive my order. I was told the original measurements were taken wrong, and were remeasured in December. It is now late February and still no blinds. I have received no follow up. I call them every couple of weeks and still no ETA. !! Next stop is small claims court.

  Compliments are not shared often enough. High five to Tom Morrone from Budget Blinds. He provided great customer service. I had been left in limbo trying to get the blind repaired. The former rep, up & left the company with no notice. The service tech Dan arrived on time to checkout the problem. A part was replaced in 15 minutes and on Dan way. Thank you!

  Tom offered excellent guidance and helped us narrow down our choices. After ordering, the blinds came in 3 weeks and the quality exceeded our expectations.

  I just had new shutters installed from Budget Blinds and I want everybody to know what a wonderful job they did. The shutters are absolutely beautiful. The quality of the shutters is really top-of-the-line. Dan (the installer ), was so nice and professional. Everyone that I have worked with at Budget Blinds was absolutely wonderful. If you are looking to have shutters or blinds installed, please check them out. I’ve never been so happy. It’s money well spent! ♥️♥️♥️
