  Absolutely do not recommend. We purchased our blinds in 2023/2024 and specifically chose this company because of the five-year warranty they heavily promoted. Our contract clearly states the blinds are covered, which gave us peace of mind as a family with young children. Fast forward to today: the blinds are fading and wrinkling well within the warranty period. The new ownership sent Chris to our home to inspect and measure them, only for us to be told there would be additional charges for replacement. That is not what our contract states. When I questioned this, Chris said he would speak with the owner and get back to us. That was three months ago. We have been completely ghosted ever since. A change in ownership does not erase existing contracts. If you’re selling products based on a warranty, honor it. Otherwise, save your money and buy from Home Depot or Amazon. Very disappointed with the lack of accountability and customer service.

  I had a disappointing experience with Budget Blinds. Initially, communication was prompt and responsive, especially when it came to scheduling and collecting payment. However, things changed significantly after that point. When the products were delivered, there was an error with the order. Unfortunately, no one took clear accountability for the mistake, which made the situation more frustrating. The entire process ended up taking over three months to complete. During that time, I reached out multiple times for updates and clarification, but received little to no response. The lack of follow-through and communication after payment was a major concern. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. If you’re looking for reliable service and consistent communication throughout the process, this was not it.

  Budget Blinds not only provided the exact sort of window coverings to meet our needs but when we did have a post installation hiccup provided prompt customer service to rectify the situation. Everyone we’ve dealt with has been professional and kind and we’ve been completely at ease to welcome their team into our home.

  The folks at this Budget Binds were an absolute pleasure to work with - courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Every encounter was professional and focused on meeting my needs. The gentlemen that came to install my outside shade (in December, no less) were very skilled and extremely professional. I can’t recommend this business enough.

  I have used Budget Blinds now for 3 houses. The quality and service have been fantastic. I have only had to have one blind repaired after several years of use and it was covered under warranty very quickly.
