I'd give it 5 stars, except I tried to order the subscription flower service and was told I needed to do that through their website. Nothing but problems on the website. Hard to find the service, and then after creating the account, it wouldn't let me log in or reset the password. It's just too much frustration for a simple purchase I've now abandoned.
