Great customer service and a very clean, convenient storage facility. I recently lost the key to my storage unit and needed access to something inside. They immediately helped me, clearly explained what I needed to do and where to send the authorization email, and made the whole process very easy.
I also really appreciate that the facility is always clean and never feels overcrowded. There’s usually plenty of parking whenever I come, which was a problem I had with my previous storage facility.
Overall, I’ve had a great experience here. Excellent customer service, clean property, and very convenient. Highly recommend!
