I had a great experience renting a new storage unit at this location. I made an online reservation, but then I realized it was a month too early. Both Wendy and Jackie were absolutely great, holding my reservation for few weeks, following up and then helping with the final paperwork and setting up an app on the phone for easy access to the unit. I really like that this digital access via an app, so much more convenient than entering long access codes! (although the code is still there for traditionak entry, should the need arise).
