After we received all our pieces and got them set up in our space, there were a couple items we wanted to swap out and Manny & Steve also were fantastic and helped us with that too. If you are looking at a Lovesac online, yes, I absolutely think you should get one, BUT I also think it's an absolute must to go to this store and have them help you in person, it makes all the difference!
