  Cannot say enough about how happy I am with Lovesac! Manny and Steve were amazing and helped us determine what would be the perfect setup for our forever couch. After we received all our pieces and got them set up in our space, there were a couple items we wanted to swap out and Manny & Steve also were fantastic and helped us with that too. If you are looking at a Lovesac online, yes, I absolutely think you should get one, BUT I also think it's an absolute must to go to this store and have them help you in person, it makes all the difference!

  Shefali was absolutely incredible! We bought a sactional and a pillowsac bundle. We experienced phenomenal customer service from the moment we walked in the door. I was late and still she didn’t mention it and welcomed my partner and I. We have full confidence in our purchase thanks to Shefali. I am so excited to receive our order, this was a great decision. She took her time going through all the fabrics and even helped us figure out the perfect setup for our living room with the blocks. Which are a great tool in themself. If (when) I buy more units to add on, I will definitely make sure to go in when Shefali is working. I highly recommend it! I absolutely love the versatility of all the units and had a wonderful experience in the deer park lovsac show room. THANK YOU, SHEFALI!!!
