  My dog finally broke my big front picture window in the living room. The first guy I had out to do an estimate didn't feel comfortable with the repair because of the age of the window and how all my trim was done. Then I called Fox River Glass and Mirror. They came out and gave an estimate which I felt was reasonable. I ordered the stronger tempered glass, and it took 3 weeks to come in. They scheduled the work as soon as the glass was in, and they were out a week later to install it. They just left with a wonderful window repair! It looks great, they managed to save all the trim and put it back the way they found it. They didn't even need to mess with the outside aluminum casing. Bill in the office was very professional and pleasant to talk to. His crew arrived on time, and they were professional and friendly as well. They removed the old broken glass and installed the new with no problem. No glass was left behind, and cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with this service and would definitely call them again if the need should arise!

  I called Fox River Glass & Mirror to get a custom-cut mirror to replace one for a framed mirror that had cracked. I was a little worried it was too mundane of a request, as it wasn't an enormous mirror, but their staff was super accommodating on the phone, taking measurements and getting me a quote quickly. The mirror was ready in just a few days, was cut exactly right, and was extremely affordable.

  Glass repair or screen repair, Fox Valley Glass is 5 stars! Very friendly and courteous staff. Excellent workmanship at the right price! I was expecting wo wait days or weeks to get my broken window back and much to my delight they had it back to by the end of the day! I highly recommend Fox Valley Glass & Mirror! They also do bath and shower doors and enclosures!
