This place is TERRIBLE! I THOUGHT I signed up for an affordable unit but after 2 months was hit with a rate increase that nearly doubled the original cost. There are so many fees it seems like their only purpose is to lock you out and auction off your items. When I explained my concerns to the store manager she was dismissive and offered no help. I will always need a storage unit but will NEVER use extra space again
