  I used to love this store I had a bad experience with someone who was supposed to be in management he was a gay man he was early 30’s with dark hair who was very nasty and called me a racial slur all over a price check, I’ll never shop here again

  Definitely wish more locations headed South or West. Very expansive foot print compared to what I manage elsewhere. Staff accommodating as we came in 20m before closing to use my rewards. Didn't find anything eww la la but the place has plenty to offer. Neat, organized and ample parking lot.

  Since moving to Chicago in May, this is my "go to" store to find out-of-the-ordinary decorative pieces for my apartment. Some stores, that will remain nameless, offer some furniture that's interesting. But if you miss shopping at the old Pier One, this place is the next best thing. Some things are a little pricey, but, in my opinion, you're paying for imported authenticity while still able to find deals at a reasonable price point. I love spending time browsing their eclectic inventory. I nabbed this hand carved elephant today--a beautifully crafted piece imported from India. Also pictured are some candles, bowls and pourpurii for my coffee table, and a contemporary wood sculpture for my kitchen countertop. Happy shopping!
