  These guys are great. Provide excellent service at a fair price. Going above and beyond what would be expected. They are transparent about everything they do. They'll let you know if it's even worth hiring them to do the repair or get a new unit. And they follow up with due diligence to ensure that everything is the way you wanted it after they left

  Was able to make a same-day appointment for a deep freezer that wasn’t working. They showed up when they said they would show up and gave me a quick and honest assessment. Reasonably priced for an inspection. Also, learned that they are able to inspect and repair all other appliances like washer and dryer AC and furnace. Will definitely be calling them for my annual furnace cleaning.

  The technician (Bek) came a bit early which was nice, and he fixed both my stovetop and oven! He was highly knowledgeable about everything to do with the appliance and explained what work was done, and how to avoid potential problems in the future. And it was on a holiday!

  Ilhas is our go to appliance repair person. He's been there for us on multiple occasions, fixing our dryer and I think also our refrigerator if I recall correctly, and giving us honest advice when an appliance wasn't worth fixing, always responsive, patient, polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!
