After 4 years with these miserable people, and multiple of their name changes, I can safely say that this is one of the biggest scams in storage facilities ever. When I first moved in it was a $25/mo for a small unit, and the guy promised me they would not jack up the price too much. They then proceeded to Jack the price up multiple times per year, until they're most recent email demanded $75/mo from now on, due to "inflation". Seriously, inflation has been 250% over the past few years? I obviously refused, there was no negotiation, and I am happy to be out of here and move to a similar unit for a $12/mo. And of course, when you go back to their website and book that same unit, it's $29 again 🙄 what a bunch of clowns. My only regret is that I did not move out sooner

I have been a customer at this storage facility for over five years, through multiple ownership and company changes. Unfortunately, instead of the service improving, it has gotten worse every year. The biggest issue is the elevators. My unit is on the fifth floor, and I have lost count of how many times I’ve driven all the way there only to find that the elevators aren’t working. Yesterday they were out of service, so I called this morning before making another trip. I was told they were working again. I arrived today, and once again, neither elevator was working. There were no signs on the doors, no notice at the elevators, and no email or text sent to customers letting us know there was an issue. That is a complete waste of my time. To make matters worse, I leave for vacation tomorrow, and my luggage is in my storage unit. Because the elevators are out of service, I can’t access my belongings. Now I’m scrambling at the last minute and may have to go buy new luggage just to make my trip. That is a completely unnecessary expense and a huge inconvenience that could have been avoided with proper communication or timely repairs. Another ongoing issue is the constant collection calls. If my payment is a few days late, I receive multiple calls a day. I have already asked them several times to leave a note on my account that my payment is made by the 5th of every month because that’s when I get paid. Despite that, the nonstop calls continue every single month. What makes this even more frustrating is that they continue raising the monthly rates while the quality of service keeps declining. If you’re going to charge customers more, the least you can do is make sure the elevators work, communicate when they don’t, and respect the payment arrangements that have already been noted on an account. After five years as a customer, this has become incredibly disappointing. I expect much better communication, reliable access to my unit, and basic maintenance, especially from a company that’s charging more and more every year.

The manager Adrian at this facility is great. Helped me move into a new unit & even got me a better deal than I expected. The facility is also very clean. Overall I definitely recommend it for your storage needs.

Absolutely terrible experience so far. I had a long distance move and spent over $400 on a U-Haul and wanted to use Storage Post. However, after arriving, I quickly realized they gave me the wrong access code and I couldn’t move anything in. I gave them a call the next day so I could get access and the customer service agent said this location will give me a call by the next day latest. It’s been a few days now and I still have not been able to move anything into my storage unit. If you want to get a reliable storage unit, do NOT rent one here.
