  This review is specifically for Jessica, the manager at this location, and her excellent customer service. I filled out an online inquiry and was contacted by the Storage Post call center. I was assured they could tell me everything I needed to know about the unit and paid a deposit for what I was told was a ‘ground floor’ unit. When I arrived at the facility, I was informed that I’d been assigned a basement unit with no elevator access. Jessica was kind enough to show me alternatives, help me choose the best one for my needs, and make the lease transfer process very easy since I’d been given bad information. I’ve worked with her before and she’s always been very kind helpful. Today was no different!
