  You've all been so wonderful! What was a very trying time was made so much easier with Storage Post staff, Adriana and Jessica. Their recommendation of Labor Buddy to help with loading my POD was a huge help! I'm very grateful for your services and highly recommend your facility! THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS!!!

  THIS IS A SCARY AND POORLY MANAGED FACILITY!!!! HOMELESS PEOPLE ARE LIVING THERE!!! I can't believe all this shady stuff is going on at a big company franchise. It's a filthy place. THE MANAGER PARKS HER FORD EXPLORER LICENSE PLATE ***4707 IN THE LOADING ZONE ALL DAY, EVERY DAY and there's only 4 SPOTS for people moving their stuff. IT"S ALSO 100 DEGREES IN THERE AND THERE'S NO AIR CON OR FANS. The reason they have 5 star reviews is the manager makes you post a five star review or she won't let you rent the space. That's why all of the 5 star reviewers only have posted 1 review! UPDATE: The owner's response is BS. The phone number goes to voicemail. There's usually no one in the office, and they NEVER answer the phone. There's no A/C and it's like 100 degrees in there today 6-30-2026. Again, I have tried getting the issues solved for 6 months already, they are not interested in addressing the problem of all the homeless people living in the storage units and leaving the gates open and doors open at night.7-6-2026 It's like 100 degrees inside, ridiculous!

  I had a small locker for my child, who is a Loyola student. This facility was a great find. Close to campus, easy access and I've been able to pull my car inside whenever I was moving. Easy to work with the folks here too.

  Jessica was such a huge help with my move out. I forgotten my lock key and she took care of everything so I could get in and out and have a smooth unload.
