Two issues - the second of which is a doozy.
1. When I rented, I asked multiple times (and was assured multiple times) that packages could be received by the office, who would then call me to move them to the unit. The first package arrived and I received a call to very clearly state that they did not do this and I should not have been told they would.
2. The elevator has been out for over three weeks, with apparently no end in sight. In that time I've called multiple times to get some assistance, as I need the contents (on a higher floor) out very soon. I have not received any phone call back after multiple promises. At this point I will have to hire movers to handle this, on top of having paid them rent.
It doesn't take that much effort to return a call. It shouldn't take that much effort to simply stand behind the statements that were made by multiple people with the company.
Perhaps another location would have handled this better, but leaving your renters to have to hand-carry needed items to and from their units up and down stairs - without having a plan to help them - is really poor customer service.
The elevator hasn't worked there for weeks! This used to be a nice location for storage. But this place is going down hill. The elevator is still broken. No email or calls about that to inform us, it's bad customer service to not even let renters know. The staff working there are nice and professional people. But seems the owners, management running it don't care. It's complete bs they charge loads of money to rent the store units. But no working elevator for weeks now. I know things happen, it's an old building but cmon. They still haven't gotten part to fix it? It's basically screw everyone who's unit isn't on the first floor now. I've some larger heavy items to bring. That need an elevator to be moved. Which was a main reason I rented the size storage I did from storage post. It's now looking like I may have to rent another unit at another storage facility since I have to get those items moved, then move my current items from storage post. Which is ridiculous I have to spend more cash and currently very limited access to the unit i've there. This location has made an already very stressful moving situation. Even more stressful. Lesson learned i'll only be renting a storage unit on the first floor from now on. If needed again

Amazing service! Jessica was wonderful and so helpful (and had the coolest nails!) I always come here for my storage needs. Fantastic business!

The facility is nice, however, the elevators still have not worked for over 2 weeks now. Going up 3 flights of steps with heavy items is not ideal
BEWARE!
This location does not have a functioning elevator. Arrived Saturday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. with two carloads worth of items to store in our fourth-floor unit. The elevator does not function. Obviously, a problem for people with units not on the ground floor. Furthermore, they do not answer the phone, and there was a sign telling us that the attendant on duty was away on lunch break until 4:00 p.m.
Do not rent from this location unless you want to carry all your items up multiple flights of stairs.
