  Efrain and Antwan did a great job with our project. Professional and patient! Excellent service, design, and installation. This is our 2nd house (and second state!) to have Stoneside - highly recommended.

  We had a great experience with Stoneside through the whole process. Teddy was able to guide us through all the options and determine which was best for us as we were outfitting and entire condo with window coverings. Then they were able to hold our materials until the renovation process allowed for installation. Finally installation from Efrain was smooth and seamless and he was very friendly and personable. I am thrilled with the final project it has made our condo feel like a home.

  Both Jason our sales rep and Ryan the installer are very professional and very easy to communicate with. Jason helped us with the selection of shades. We are very happy with the look of the new roller shades and the functionality. Ryan did an excellent job on the installation and made sure we were happy and familiar with how to operate them. From start to finish it was a great experience. Highly recommend Stoneside.

  Many things impressed me about the Stoneside Blinds & Shade purchase process. The website was easy to navigate and it provided detailed information, including staff photos, which allowed me to learn of the experience & role of each team member. We were grateful for the knowledgeable and professional in home purchasing presentation and education which Antwan provided. He was punctual, explanatory and provided regular and timely email follow ups. In addition, he showed confidence for his support team members. Efraim was our main installer. He came to our home, evaluated the upcoming installation, explained how he would maneuver our high ceilings safely. He voiced that taller equipment and an additional team member would be necessary and committed eagerly to obtain these when he came back for the install. Ryan assisted Efraim on install day with equal enthusiasm to be sure that the details of wire covers matched our shade of white paint, that the operating modules were closest to our recharging outlet, and explanations of the operating app. 10 out of 10 for the team at Stoneside!
