  Excellent and lovely ambiance from the moment you arrive. Friendly check-in experience. Our server was outstanding and timed our evening beautifully. Loved the hamachi carpaccio with caviar. The lobster roll and the king crab roll were delicious and paired beautifully with the truffle fries. Great wine list - loved our favorite Albariño (La Caña). Overall a great evening and fabulous dining experience… We remain RH fans…

  Spent tons of $ here and really like the product quality....BUT my designer is horrible. I wanted to place another order and she never got back to me after leaving 3 voicemails, .several emails and texts. She lost out on easy commission. The service should be extraordinary to justify their prices but it's not.

  We had a lovely glass of wine and meal at RH. Beautiful setting, delish lobster roll & sparkling rose along with excellent service. Recommend.

  We had such a wonderful experience at the Three Arts Club Café at RH Chicago! Everything we ordered was delicious, beautifully presented, and made for such a lovely dining experience. My sister and I both had the Wagyu ribeye steak sandwich, while my cousin had the roasted chicken sandwich. We also shared the prosciutto board along with the asparagus, sweet potato, and truffle fries. Everything was flavorful and enjoyable, and I especially loved the rosé spritz — absolutely delicious! I only have two small suggestions. The Wagyu ribeye in the steak sandwich had a little more fat than I expected, so I had to cut some of it out while eating. I also found the truffle fries to be a little too oily, which took away from them slightly. Aside from those two things, everything was excellent. The service was fantastic, and our server Jason was truly amazing. He was attentive, personable, and very knowledgeable about RH, the space, and what makes the restaurant so unique. He really added to the overall experience. Overall, we had a beautiful time and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The atmosphere, food, and service were all wonderful, and I would absolutely come back again!

  Had an incredible experience here (first time at Mercadito in Chicago) on a Friday around lunchtime because of our fantastic server/bartender Leslie. She was very personable, friendly, and hospitable during the entire experience and made my friend and I feel very welcome. My friend’s visiting from California and it was her first day in Chicago so this experience started off her time here in a very positive light. We also ordered the Yuzu tacos (3) which was a little pricey but honestly worth it and very unique. We ordered a cucumber/PYU(?) cocktail that was both liked by my friend and I and was a perfect refreshing summer drink, but honestly all of the cocktails here were delicious and well worth ordering because she personally made them so well for us! Her energy and hospitality were greatly appreciated! We may come back LOL asap! I recommend others to come here and hopefully you get her as your server!
