  Really great dinner experience at RH Chicago. The cuisine was delicious and beautifully presented, and the elegant, stylish environment beautifully elevated the dining experience, making every bite an ever-memorable taste experience. A wonderful place for a relaxed and memorable dinner. Highly recommended!

  Very disappointing service experience. I came here for lunch on Sunday 9 Aug around 1 pm. with two friends and clearly asked for a table for 3 people. We were told the wait would be about 2 hours, so we decided to go somewhere else. Later, we received a message saying our table was ready, so we rushed back and walked about 15 minutes to return. When we arrived, we were told that the reservation had been entered incorrectly for 2 people instead of 3. What was most disappointing wasn’t even the mistake itself, but how the situation was handled. None of the three staff members at the front seemed willing to take responsibility or genuinely try to help us. We then waited another 30 minutes, while feeling largely ignored. The attitude and facial expressions we received made us feel unwelcome and looked down on rather than treated like guests. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that. But good hospitality is about how you handle a mistake once it happens. A simple apology, some accountability, and a little kindness would have made a huge difference. Unfortunately, that was completely missing from our experience.

  Went here to celebrate a friends birthday, the decor is absolutely stunning. The atmosphere is quiet, relaxing and sophisticated. Our waiter, Logan, was so charming and kind. He helped answer all questions about the menu and wine list. When there was a minor delay in getting our salmon the chef immediately sent out another appetizer to apologize. I cannot speak more highly of everyone who works there.

  A MUST SEE if you love home decor and retail. Outstanding displays well curated immaculately kept very, very clean. Really inspirational. We ate in the restaurant and the food was absolutely spectacular … we had to wait for a table because we did not make a reservation and they offered us to go to their coffee shop/bar in the lobby and we were told to take our glass of wine and browse throughout the many floors of displays while they would text us when our table was ready. WHAT AN AMAZING WAY TO SHOP!! With a glass of wine in our hand. Once seated, our server was outstandingly, kind, and patient and really friendly, and when the food arrived, it was absolutely delicious.
