Such a bad experience. I ordered a refrigerator and a stove. I asked the driver not to deliver the stove since it was electric. However they didn't deliver the refrigerator either and marked the order on their end as delievered. I sent several emails to ask for my money and they never respond to any of the emails. My obvious next step is to put a chargeback on my credit card and report lowes to the state consumer services to take actions.

Stopped in the other day, late as usual. Although they were about to close, Jaylaen dropped everything he was doing to cut a piece of wood into sections for me. Another employee Johnny has helped me several times troubleshooting issues with my bike & getting things I needed for it. I'm usually rushing after work to make it before close but they're always welcoming & helpful even at 9:55pm. Lol. I really do appreciate that!

I had the absolute worst experience at this place not one employee knew anything that I asked in different departments. The guy who who talked to in the paint department didn’t know what a microfiber roller was and that was suggested with one of the projects tell me just get any roller didn’t know he was supposed to shake the can and give me one of those sticks to stir it and then I asked for certain some stick and peel tiles and they told me they didn’t carry them. I found them on my own, I asked about a refrigerator in the measurements. I asked her if they had any told me she didn’t know what I was talking about when I asked for apartment or studio refrigerator smaller ones she had no idea, but she was sitting there on her cell phone at the desk, never bothered to get up from the desk and then I asked about certain things that I needed for a project in a department the tools and stuff they have no idea no idea what I had a certain type of screw. I brought in and showed them and said what type of a tool do I need? I don’t know that’s with the answer. I got the worst place ever never never never go there got me so aggravated I will stick to Home Depot.

I prefer this store over its local competitor on North Ave because of the helpful staff. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that they don't carry some commonly used products. For example, I went there to buy Thompson's water sealant which I prefer to Behr. Lowe's had a very good selection, but no deck cleaning solution. So I ended up going to the competitor (another trip).

Came here because I wanted to see the allen+rotu shower panels which online said they have it on stock. When I came I didn't find it. When I asked one of the staff, they said that it's probably downstairs in the stock room but would be in a box. Bottom line I wouldn't be able to check what it's like. They said that I could be contacted by their "Re-Bath" service which may be able to show me some samples.
