  Nick Dean, once we explained what we were looking for, demonstrated thorough knowledge of the recliner inventory and immediately was able to show us selections that met our criteria. Shopping was as pleasurable as it ever could be. Thanks, Nick!

  I was so pleased to see the wide selection of recliner chairs at the Halsted, Chicago location. I worked with Jonathan, who was most attentive to my needs. I suffer from lower back pain from spinal fusion, and also cervical nerve pain. I was so thankful Jonathan helped me select the Sparrow power recliner with power lumber and head rest!!. I chose leather fabric and am so pleased with my chair.

  We were greeted quickly upon entering the store and we were given time to wander the store. Staff was available for questions when we were ready. We came back the next day ready to order and that process went very smoothly. - Just waiting for delivery now!

  I am very pleased with the treatment given to me and my son when we purchased a piece of furniture. I am glad that my son chose La-Z-boy as his first choice. However, the purchase is custom made, and I haven’t received the merchandise yet; I expect that this experience remains the same after the delivery is completed.

  Nick my sales associate was top-notch and the entire process was wonderful. Great selection, Nick was very knowledgable and helpful, and I'm really happy with my purchase. Parking can be a bit of a struggle if you try to park behind the building (those are some TIGHT parking spaces), but plenty of street parking out front.
