After writing my original review, they reached out to apologize for the two no shows and assured me they would come. I’ll be honest—I was hesitant to give them a third try. However, given their effort to follow up and the strong recommendations from my neighbors and their Google reviews, I decided to move forward.
This time, the experience was much better. Communication was excellent—they responded promptly, answered all my questions, and even showed up early. The work itself was done very well. They were careful not to walk on my clay tile roof, as we had discussed as they are fragile and costly to fix, and provided before-and-after photos. They were also clear and communicative about costs and gutter repairs I needed. Next couple of days, we have been texting back and forth about cost and needed repairs.
Overall, a significant improvement from my initial experience. I’m giving 4 stars this time and hope to continue working with them in the future, hoping this excellent communication and reliability of showing up continues for cleaning/repair to move them to 5*.

I chose this company based on strong recommendations from neighbors and their glowing Google reviews, but my experience was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor from the start. It took multiple calls and texts just to get a response. Eventually, I was told Friday would work, and I confirmed. However, no one showed up. After reaching out again, I finally got a response—without any apology—and was told they could come Tuesday instead. On Tuesday, at the agreed time, they once again failed to show up. I tried calling and texting, but received no response. I genuinely wanted to work with them, but not showing up twice and the terrible lack of communication deserves 1 star.
